Fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and other foods contain nutrients and powerful antioxidants that can help our bodies to combat the harmful effects of electromagnetic radiation.
Even at low levels, electromagnetic radiation reduces our bodies’ antioxidant firepower, including melatonin, glutathione and superoxide dismutase (SOD), and encourages free radical DNA damage in our cells, changes in calcium flow in cells and suppresses the immune system encouraging stress responses and inflammation. We should always strive to eliminate or reduce exposures by hard wiring devices, gaining distance and shielding where possible.
The following foods are a handful that lower inflammation and contain antioxidants that stop or limit oxidative stress and the aforementioned processes associated with EMF exposure. They are good to incorporate into your diet:
Artichoke
Asparagus
Berries (preferably organic)
Cinnamon
Cranberries
Cruciferous vegetables
Cumin
Garlic
Grass-fed beef
Mushrooms
Olive oil
Pomegranates
Prunes (plumbs)

Sea vegetables (nori, hijiki, arame, kambu, sea palms, wakame)
